When you register for the conference, apply as a speaker or moderator, or contact us, we collect the details you submit: full name, email address, phone number, country, institution/affiliation, professional title, license or ID numbers where required, biography, photo, and any documents you upload (such as a national ID or passport copy).

We also record attendance data generated by scanning your registration QR code at entry and exit points during the event.

2. How we use your information

To process and confirm your registration and issue your registration ID, badge, and invitation letter.

To communicate programme updates, logistics, and event notifications by email.

To manage the scientific programme, speaker and moderator participation, and attendance/CME hour calculation.

To comply with legal, accreditation, and organizational reporting requirements.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent when registering, our legitimate interest in organizing the conference, and where applicable to comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your information

Data may be shared with the organizing and scientific committees, the accreditation body for CME purposes, and service providers who host our website, database, and email delivery — strictly for the purposes above.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with sponsors for marketing without your explicit consent.

5. Photography and recording

Sessions and the venue may be photographed or filmed for documentation and promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in such material, please notify the organizing team in writing.

6. Data retention and security

Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for conference administration, accreditation records, and legal requirements. Data is stored on secured, access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
