1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or registering for The First Pediatric Hematology–Oncology Conference (Asir Region, Saudi Arabia), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or register.

2. Registration and eligibility

Registration is intended for healthcare professionals, trainees, and invited guests. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be cancelled without notice.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Your registration ID and QR code are issued to you alone and must not be shared or reproduced.

3. Attendance and conduct

Attendees must scan their QR code at entry and exit so attendance hours can be recorded accurately. Certificates and CME hours are based on the recorded attendance.

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. The organizers may deny entry to, or remove, any person whose conduct disrupts the event or endangers others.

4. Speakers and moderators

Speakers and moderators confirm that their submitted materials are their own work or properly licensed, that they will disclose any conflicts of interest, and that they grant the organizers permission to display their name, photo, biography, and session details in conference materials.

5. Programme changes and cancellation

The scientific programme, speakers, timings, and venue arrangements may change. The organizers will publish updates on this website and, where necessary, notify registrants by email.

If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, the organizers are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other personal costs.

6. Intellectual property

The conference name, logo, website content, programme, and presentation materials are protected. Recording, reproduction, or redistribution of sessions or slides without written permission from the organizers and the presenter is not permitted.

7. Medical disclaimer

Content presented at the conference and on this website is for educational purposes for healthcare professionals only and does not constitute medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgement.

8. Liability

The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during travel to, from, or at the event, except where required by applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
